Nature Journalling
Observe, sketch and write while witnessing your way into the living world.
A glimpse of the experience
Nature journalling is the practice of slowing down enough to truly see. With a simple notebook and a willing attention, you will move through a quiet natural space, recording what you notice—shapes, sounds, movements, questions. Not as an artist or an expert, but as a witness.
The practice draws you out of the chatter of the mind and into direct contact with the living world, where every leaf and bird becomes a teacher. What you record becomes a small map of your own attention, and a reminder that awareness itself is a form of contribution.
